Swim Party
Effective Sept 23rd swim party rental options will be available for WEEKDAY rentals. Weekend rentals are not yet available due to ongoing lifeguard/staff shortage.
Swim Party Details
Swim Parties are available for small groups of up to 20 people or medium groups of 21-35 people. Totals include all guests who attend, both swimmers and non-swimming guests. We are not currently able to accommodate groups larger than 35 people. If you have a larger group please contact us for options.
Swim parties include a 2 hour rental time with the standard usage as 1 hour of swim time and 1 hour of party time in the concessions area utilizing tables and chairs for opening presents, snacks, etc. Groups may choose to spend more time in the pool and less at the tables or the opposite. Up to 2 additional hours may be added.
Small Group Swim Parties include:
· Facility Admission for up to 14 swimmers and 6 non-swimming guests (no more than 20 people total).
· Small Group Fees: Weekday Rentals = $60 per hour (plus tax)
Medium Group Swim Parties include:
· Facility Admission for up to 25 swimmers and 10 non-swimming guests (no more than 35 people total).
· Medium Group Party Fees: Weekday Rentals = $100 per hour (plus tax)
Reservations: Complete the Swim Party Online Request form or contact ykfc@cityofbethel.net or 907-543-1398.
· $50 deposit is required to confirm reservation. Deposit is refundable up to 1 week prior to party date.
· Remaining balance is due 1 week from party date.
· Requests for additional party time should be made at the time of reservation, we cannot guarantee additional time will be available after the initial reservation is made.
Group Swim
Interested in bringing a group of more than 10 people to the facility just to swim? Please use our Group Swim form to make a reservation so we know you are coming and can adjust staffing accordingly. Group Swim reservations do not include reserved use of pool or concessions areas.
