Daily exercise also helps to reduce the risk of Type 2 diabetes and weight gain. Exercise also helps to boost your immune system. A strong immune system can help to fight off infectious diseases and although there is no known cure for COVID-19, strengthening your immune system can help to keep you safe and healthy.
